Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving your item(s), we can’t offer a refund or return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be return unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds for items damaged during transit are also possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We may ask for further information or photographic evidence of any damage, if applicable. If your return is approved, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) within 7 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded (except in the unlikely event of damage during transit).

Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost up front. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning items worth a large amount, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
